Do I need an appointment?
For skin treatments, yes, so we can prepare your room and give you enough time. For nails, walk-ins are welcome whenever a technician is free.
What should I book if I’m not sure?
Pick “Not sure yet” in the booking form and tell us what you have in mind. Your first skin consultation is free, whether or not you book a treatment afterwards.
How will my booking be confirmed?
We call or message you on the number you give us, usually within the day. Your time is held for you while we confirm.
I have sensitive skin. Is that okay?
Of course. Tell us about any allergies or sensitivities and we’ll suggest gentler options or do a patch test first.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, GCash, Maya, and major debit and credit cards. No payment is needed to send a booking request.
